The present invention further relates to a kit comprising a magnetic bolt lock according to the present invention with a magnetic closing cup. For closing a door in a frame and possibly a window in a frame, it is known to use a mortise lock in a door or a support lock on a door which use a latch bolt and / or a dead bolt. Traditionally, a dead bolt is a beam-shaped member that slides into the frame from the lock or into a closing bowl or plate in the frame. On the other hand, a latch bolt has a beveled side on the inside of the lock relative to a night bolt, so that the door can be pushed shut and the latch bolt slides away against the frame via the beveled side. This operation of the latch bolt is accompanied by noise, for the purpose of which a so-called whisper latch bolt has been developed with a plastic inlay for preventing such noise. In order to find an alternative solution, the magnetic bolt lock with the magnetic bolt has been developed. A magnetic bolt essentially has the external shape of a night bolt, but it is controlled by applying magnetic forces using magnets arranged in the bolt. Such a magnetic lock prevents the necessity of an adjustment of the frame for the functioning of a latch bolt by means of a lip guiding the latch bolt. In order to provide a further development of the aforementioned developments, the present invention provides a magnetic bolt lock for insertion into or mounting on a door or door closing an opening of a frame, the magnetic bolt lock comprising: - a support member comprising at least one support element with preferably a closure member, the support member and the closure member further preferably forming a housing, - a front plate which, when closed, is directed from the door towards the frame, - a magnetic bolt, comprising at least one magnetic element for providing a bias voltage to the magnetic bolt in at least one position or movement channel thereof, - a rocker arm for transferring movement from a door handle to the magnetic bolt by means of a bolt actuator, - the front plate comprising a passage opening for passage and / or keeping the magnetic bolt arranged therein, - wherein at least one of the at least one support element functions as a magnet bolt guide element when moving between an open position and a closed position, - wherein the magnetic bolt can be held in the open position by a closing force relative to the magnetic bolt lock and wherein the magnetic bolt can be held in the closed position by a closing cup attraction relative to the frame or a closing cup arranged therein, such as a magnetic closing cup. An advantage of a magnetic bolt lock according to the present invention is that it can be manufactured in a simple manner and therefore provides a practical and advantageous solution. Because the magnetic bolt is held in the open position in the function of replacing a latch bolt by the lock as well as by itself, the door closes easily and cannot be bumped against the latch present most of the time. A magnetic closing plate causes the magnet bolt to move out of the lock. Because the magnetic closing plate is arranged in the frame, this only happens after the door has been moved to the closed position in the frame. According to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the magnetic bolt guide element also functions as a tumbler stop. Hereby, the manufacturability is advantageously further defined since only one supporting element is required for these two functions. The arrangement with respect to this single bearing element is therefore further simplified. A further simplification of the manufacturability is realized by using a further preferred embodiment wherein the tumbler is provided with at least one stop element for abutting against the magnetic bolt guide element. Hereby it is realized in a simple manner that the tumbler is functionally limited in the movability for the purpose of the function of activating the magnetic bolt by means of the bolt actuator. It is advantageously provided that the tumbler has two stop elements, between which the support element, which also functions as a bolt guide element, is arranged during use. This allows the tumbler to move between these two stops and the movability of the tumbler is determined. For the purpose of operating the magnetic bolt, the magnetic bolt lock according to a further preferred embodiment comprises an engaging element for moving the magnet bolt from the closed state to the open state by means of engagement by the tumbler, wherein further preferably the engaging element extends over a part of the thickness of the magnetic bolt. It is hereby realized that both the engaging element and the stops can be attached around one rotatable rocker arm and can be functional for the function which they have as described. The engagement element is herein preferably arranged on the side of the support element or on the side of the closing element. It is hereby determined that across the height of the tumbler, viewed along the center line thereof, the stop or stops comprise the stop or stops and the top side the engaging element or vice versa. It is alternatively provided that the at least one stop is attached to the tumbler and that the engaging element can be coupled to a separate component with the tumbler. The at least one stop element is herein preferably arranged in the magnetic bolt lock on the side of the tumbler opposite the engagement element. A practical manufacture is hereby realized in which during rotation of the tumbler both the stop element and the engagement element can function parallel to each other in the direction of rotation with the support element or the magnetic bolt. According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the magnetic bolt lock comprises a locking assembly for locking the magnetic bolt lock with the magnetic bolt in the closed position. By means of such a locking assembly, in addition to keeping the door shut by means of the magnetic bolt lock, in addition to being kept shut, it can also be kept locked. The lock is locked by means of the locking assembly, whereby the magnetic bolt, in addition to serving as a latch bolt, serves as a closed night bolt. The locking assembly therefore ensures that the magnetic bolt is locked. The locking assembly herein preferably cooperates with the magnetic bolt and / or the tumbler, preferably a blocking member thereof, the magnetic bolt and / or the tumbler. As a result of this cooperation, the magnetic bolt is blocked in the closed state, which means that it protrudes from the lock and, therefore, when the lock is rotated in the door, protrudes from the door into the frame or into the closing bowl thereof. According to a more detailed preferred embodiment thereof, the locking assembly comprises a movable, preferably linearly movable or slidable, locking element for locking the magnetic bolt lock in cooperation with the magnetic bolt and or the tumbler, preferably a blocking member thereof. As a result, the locking element slides to a position in which it engages the magnetic bolt and or the tumbler. The locking element furthermore locks the tumbler's blocking member, while the locking element furthermore preferably engages the blocking member along one, two or three sides. By means of these measures a high degree of connection and a high degree of reliability of the locking is achieved. The tumbler is furthermore preferably provided in the magnetic bolt lock with a bias engaging means for engaging a bias member, such as a spring, the bias engaging means preferably also fulfilling the function of blocking member. This realizes that the tumbler automatically returns to the starting position after operation thereof. Alternatively, this is possible through a bias provision in a shield or rosette on the outside of the door, which bias provision for operating the lock does not have to be provided using these measures. A surface or edge of the locking element furthermore preferably functions as a stop for the tumbler or its blocking member for limiting deviations due to the pre-tensioning applied thereto by the biasing member. This prevents a further component for the provision of an assessment. For a reliable movability, the locking element is supported by at least two support elements which preferably function as a locking element guide element. Hereby it is realized that the locking element can move along a predetermined path relative to the support member. A locking actuator is furthermore preferably provided for moving the locking element, which actuator is preferably designed as a further rocker arm or which actuator can be inserted as a lock cylinder in an opening arranged for this purpose in the support member and / or closing member. This allows the user to perform the locking action, such as by means of a rotary knob. The magnet bolt lock furthermore preferably comprises a biasing element, such as a spring, for holding the locking assembly in the locked position or unlocked position. A reliable locking is hereby realized in the locked position and a reliable operation of the magnetic bolt is realized in the unlocked exhibition. The biasing element is further preferably arranged on one of the at least one supporting element. This bias element, such as a spring, is hereby attached to the support member. It is alternatively provided that the biasing element is arranged on the locking element, preferably arranged in a slot cooperating therewith. This achieves that perhaps a bearing member can be used less in the construction of the lock. Preferably, the attraction to the magnetic bolt lock is caused by a magnetizable element of the magnetic bolt lock, preferably arranged adjacent to the front of the front of the magnetic bolt when it is in the open position. Here, for example, can be made from a magnetizable metal, such as iron. It is also provided that a magnetizable element is arranged at the passage for the bolt. Alternatively, the attraction with respect to the magnetic bolt lock is caused by material that is part of the face plate and / or part of the face plate. The magnet bolt lock receiving means furthermore preferably comprises a lock cylinder, which lock cylinder when received in the receiving means functions as an actuator for the locking assembly and / or the magnetic bolt. Alternatively, the lock comprises recording means for receiving a beard key for actuating the lock therewith. This advantageously provides a cylinder lock or a beard key lock. According to a further preferred embodiment, the lock comprises a fixing member for fixing the locking assembly in an open or in a closed state. The lock preferably further comprises a magnetic bolt actuator for actuating the magnetic bolt, preferably by means of actuation by a lock cylinder. According to a further preference, an actuator member is provided in the lock for actuating the magnetic bolt actuator by means of a lock cylinder, the actuator member preferably being arranged on the locking assembly, more preferably in a movable manner, such as a rotatable and / or slidable manner. A further aspect according to the present invention relates to a kit comprising a magnetic bolt lock according to the present invention and a magnetic closing cup. Using this aspect, advantages are achieved as described on the basis of the aforementioned aspect. Further advantages, features and details of the present invention will be described in greater detail below with reference to one or more preferred embodiments with reference to the attached figures. Similar but not necessarily identical components of different preferred embodiments are designated by the same reference numerals. FIG. 7 is a cut-away side view of the second preferred embodiment in the open position. FIG. 8 relates to a further cut-away side view of the second preferred embodiment in the open position. FIG. 9 relates to a further cut-away side view of the second preferred embodiment in the closed position. FIG. 10 relates to an exploded view of the second preferred embodiment. FIG. 11 is a cut-away side view of a third preferred embodiment of the present invention in a closed position. FIG. 12 is a cut-away side view of the third preferred embodiment in the open position. FIG. 13 relates to a further cut-away side view of the third preferred embodiment in the open position. FIG. 14 relates to a further cut-away side view of the third preferred embodiment in the closed position. FIG. 15 relates to an exploded view of the third preferred embodiment. A first preferred embodiment (Fig. 1-5) according to the present invention relates to a magnetic lock with a magnetic bolt 31, which forms part of a closure assembly 20 operating the bolt. A housing is composed of a support member formed by a first shell part 11 with a closing member with a second shell part 11 '. A number of carriers 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, with corresponding functional openings 12 ', 13½ 14½ 15½ 16', 17 ', are arranged on the support member. These carriers have different functions. The carrier 12 serves to guide the magnetic bolt 31 along an internal channel 36 thereof. This makes it possible for the bolt to move from the open position to the closed position. The magnetic bolt 35 comprises in the interior two magnets 9 for providing the bias to the magnetic bolt. The housing has openings 18, 18 'that are immediately recognizable to those skilled in the art for passage of attachments of a rosette or shield of a door fitting. The front side of the housing is closed by means of a front plate 39 provided with a passage opening 38 for passing the magnetic bolt 35 through it. Furthermore, the front plate has two openings 37 for the purpose of being screwed on the front side of the door by means of two screws. fixing the magnetic bolt after insertion thereof into a slot present in the door for this purpose. The face plate functions in the open state in conjunction with the magnets to provide a bias to the magnetic bolt so that the magnetic bolt and the open state remain while the door is open. For this purpose, the magnet is attractive with metal from the lock from the moment the magnetic bolt is pulled into the lock by means of the tumbler 41 which can rotate in the direction of the arrow C. For the purpose of transferring the lock to the closed state, it only needs to be transferred in the direction of the arrow A at the location of a magnetic closing bowl with a higher magnetic attraction force than the metal of the lock. Under the influence of this magnetic attraction, the magnetic bolt moves outwards so that it enters the closed state. The magnetic bolt is herein guided by means of the support element 12 in the channel 30 of the magnetic bolt. For the purpose of this described movement and operation, the magnetic bolt has a surface 32 on the underside with which it is pulled into the lock by means of the tumbler 41, in particular the bolt actuator 42 thereof. This bolt actuator 42 engages the surface when the bolt is in the closed position and thereby pulls the bolt to the open position. The bolt actuator moves within the defined circumference of the bolt within curved surface 33. The bolt moves outwardly to a stop 34 thereof. The rocker arm 41 is arranged in the openings 21, 21 'of the respective support member and closing element. For the purpose of keeping the tumbler ready for operation, it has two cams 43, 44 between which the carrying element 12 is always held. Pre-tensioned spring 29 is arranged around a support member 13 which holds the blocking member under downward bias. The purpose of this is that the magnetic bolt can always move from the open position to the closed position if it comes into contact with the closing cup. The tumbler 41 furthermore has a blocking member 45 on its underside. The blocking member 45 is provided with a flat underside 48, a front side 47 and an upper side 46. These sides are in contact with the surfaces 58, 57, 56 of the locking element 50 of the locking assembly 40. The contact between the surfaces 48, 58 supports the function of the cam 43 in the undesired rotation of the tumbler, in other words the locking element holds the tumbler up. Locking the tumbler serves to keep the magnet lock in the closed position. The magnetic bolt can only be opened if the tumbler can move the bolt from the closed position to the open position. Thus, if the locking element 50 locks the blocking member, the bolt cannot be moved from the closed position to the open position and the door is locked or locked. To this end, the locking element 50 is movable in the direction of the arrow B from a free position to the closed position. This movement is actuated by means of a second rocker arm 51 with a rocker arm 52. This rocker arm 52 pushes during the movement from the free position to the locked opposition against wall part 55 of the locking element 50. This rocker arm pushes in the opposite direction to the free position. 52 against the wall 54 of the locking element 50. A spring 28 provides a downward spring force on the rocker arm 52 so that it must overcome a noticeable resistance during rotation from the right position to a left position and vice versa. For this purpose, this spring 28 has a downward bend 27 at the position of the tumbler 51 for reinforcing and / or pronouncing this downward resilient spring force to be overcome. The locking element 50 is preferably constructed from a plate element 55 made from a metal plate with flanged supports 59 and a sliding plate 53 secured thereto from preferably steel or copper or an alloy such as brass. The second preferred embodiment (Figs. 6-10) is structured substantially the same as the first preferred embodiment. A first difference is that the upper tumbler 41 is made up of the tumbler comprising the cams, wherein the actuator for the magnetic bolt as a separate substantially annular part which through inlets bounded by cams of the tumbler 41 over substantially the rotational angle of the tumbler as determined by the cams 43,44 can move relative to the tumbler. A second difference is that the spring 28 is replaced by a simple spring 28 'which is mounted in a locking element adapted for this purpose. For this purpose, the locking element has fixing slots 61, 62 for arranging this spring therein. In addition to these two described spring variants, such as for the locking element, further variants can be used within the understanding of the person skilled in the art. Furthermore, the locking element for this purpose is entirely made of plastic. The steel part 50 has been replaced for this purpose by a plastic part. A third preferred embodiment (Fig. 11-15) relates to a preferred embodiment that can be operated by means of a lock cylinder, in this example a euro cylinder. Receiving means for receiving the lock cylinder include a passage opening 91 in the support member with a respective opening 91 '(not shown) in the closing member. This preferred embodiment also has a slidable locking element 50 which is slidable by engaging a cylinder also against the sides 92, 92 'of a recess on the underside thereof. The locking element has a protruding pin 80 with a dual function. A first function thereof is to engage with a round part 81 thereof in a positioning lever 70 pivotally arranged with respect to support member 75 and having two positioning positions 71, 72 therein. A second function thereof is to hold an actuating member 83 through an opening 84 thereof for vertically movably arranging the actuating member 83 relative to this pin 80, in particular a square end portion 82 thereof. The locking element 50 is fixed by means of the positioning lever 70 in an open or closed position, while horizontal shifting of the locking element 50 is possible during pivoting of this lever. This makes it possible to move the locking element between the open and the closed position by means of the cylinder, while the locking element remains in these respective positions without direct actuation by the cam of the cylinder. The lever is arranged on the support member 17 by means of a spring 77 under downward bias. The actuating member 83 pushes a substantially L-shaped magnetic bolt actuating member upwards from the bottom while actuating the cam of the cylinder, so that the magnetic bolt is forced sideways. To this end, the magnetic bolt has a vertical channel formed by walls 93, 94 for guiding therethrough the substantially L-shaped magnetic bolt actuating member. An advantage of a lock according to the present invention is that in this way the magnetic bolt can be moved from the closed position to the open position while the latch is still in the locked state by means of the locking element. This allows both the latch to be locked and the magnetic bolt to be opened using the key. An aspect according to the present invention therefore relates to a magnetic bolt lock in which the magnetic bolt can be operated directly by the cylinder, preferably also when the latch is still in the locked position. In the embodiment according to FIG. 16 is a variant of the embodiment of FIG. 15. An integrated part 40 'is herein formed with the openings for providing the pin 75 and the added pin 75' therein. The pin 75 'provides, compared to the previous embodiment, a reinforcement and / or stabilization of the lateral movement with respect to these pins. For the purpose of guiding actuating member 83, two pins 81 'are provided in this embodiment in an advantageous manner for manufacture. A preferred embodiment is also provided (Fig. 17) for operating the magnetic bolt lock by means of a beard key. This embodiment provides the advantage that it can be used with this advantageous key type and in doors designed for this purpose. Application is also provided for a new door if a key plan or lock is already present in a building or house. The operation of this variant is otherwise similar to that of the cylinder variant within the understanding of the person skilled in the art. An aspect according to the present invention relates to a magnetic bolt lock in which the actuation of the magnetic bolt by means of the cylinder is carried out by means of an actuating member arranged on the locking element or arranged in the locking assembly. In the foregoing, the present invention has been described with reference to a few preferred embodiments. Different aspects of different embodiments are considered described in combination with each other, whereby all combinations that are considered to be read by a person skilled in the art on the basis of this document are included in the understanding of the invention. These preferred embodiments are not restrictive of the scope of this document. The rights requested are defined in the appended claims. -k -k m
